2. At the outset, he tendered an unconditional apology since the non taking of the respondent no.1 to the GMC and/or the IPHB hospital had been on account of a misreading of the order dated 17/01/2020 which stood modified pursuant to the order dated 31/01/2020. Having accepted the apology of Shri Pravin Faldessai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State and his further statement that the respondent no.1 would be taken to the GMC and/or the IPHB hospital as the

CP/20/2020 case may be by 04/08/2020, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly the notice stands discharged. Proceedings stands disposed off accordingly.

3. Accepting the statement of Shri Pravin Faldessai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and his unconditional apology, the respondents to comply with the undertaking. Shri Faldessai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent nos.1 and 2 are available in their office on whose behalf the unconditional apology is tendered by him to this Court.
