Though the application for extension of time ought to have been filed by the concerned Mamlatdar when the directions were issued to the learned Mamlatdar to dispose of the matter within a specified period of time, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, time to comply with the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 03.10.2016 is further extended by three months as last chance. The learned Mamlatdar shall ensure that the matter is disposed of

MCA/330/2017 within the said period of time.
