This petition challenges orders passed by the Joint Commissioner of Custom, Central Excise and Service Tax, Panaji, Goa and the Commissioner (Appeals).

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the Court, states that he would like to withdraw the petition as his client proposes to file appeal before the CESTAT. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn to enable the petitioner to do so. All rights and contentions of the parties on the merits of the case are kept open.

3. It is clarified that the grievances of the petitioner concerning violation of principles of natural justice whilst passing of the order have been dealt with by the respondents in their reply filed on 25/04/2019. This Court has not applied its mind to this aspect of the matter.
