Mr. Lotlikar, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on the basis of the instructions, states that the petitioner has already made a representation to the competent authority i.e. to the Joint Secretary Revenue. He submits that in view of such representation, he has instructions not to press this Petition. However, he seeks liberty to re-institute a Petition or to take such steps as may be available in law, in case, his representation is not decided favourably. He requests that it be clarified that all issues be kept open.

2. In view of the said statement, this Petition is disposed off, as not pressed. However, with liberty as prayed for is also granted.
