On 23rd June 2023, this Court made the following order : " P.C.:

1. Te application for restoration was allowed subject to the Applicant depositing the arrears of 5,00,000/- and the arrears up ₹ to 4,00,000/- are already deposited. Applicant No.1(c) who is ₹ present in the Court states that the balance of 1,00,000/- will be ₹ deposited today itself in the registry. Te undertaking of the Applicant No.1(c) is accepted. Te delay in depositing this amount is hereby condoned. Te registry to accept this amount. 07/07/23

2. Accordingly, subject to compliance with the above undertaking, the Writ Petition No.369 of 2017 is restored.

3. Accordingly, place the writ petition for directions/disposal along with this Misc. Civil Application on 07.07.2023. 3.

Mr Zaveri now reports that the balance amount of 1.00 lakh ₹ has been deposited in the Registry, after delay in depositing the same was condoned.

Tis means that the terms and conditions, subject to which the Writ Petition No. 369/2017 was restored, stand complied. 5.

Accordingly, Writ Petition No.369/2017 is, hereby, formally restored.

Place Writ Petition No. 369/2017 for admission on 27th July 2023.

Misc. Civil Application No. 368/2019 is disposed of. 8.
