1. Mr A. Sawant, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, with liberty to represent to the Director of Technical Education, Government of Goa about her grievances raised in this Petition.

2. Mr Sawant states that this Petition itself may be considered by the Director of Technical Education as the Petitioner's representation.

3. Mr Faldessai, learned Additional Govt. Advocate states that this Petition will be considered as the Petitioner's representation and the same will be disposed of by the Director of Technical Education 10th April, 2024

WP 336 of 2024 within 6 (six) months from today. Accordingly leave is granted to withdraw this Petition, with liberty as prayed for.

4. The Director of Technical Education should treat this Petition as the Petitioner's representation and dispose of the same within 6 (six) months from today, after hearing the Petitioner and the Fourth Respondent.

5. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits or demerits of this Petition.

6. The Petition is disposed of.
