3. There is a delay of 66 days in MCA.241 of 2024 and a delay of 108 days in 319/2024 in filing the applications. However, sufficient cause is shown, therefore, the delay is condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside.

4. Leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 4.

5. Necessary amendment within a week.
