Mr Nagvenkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that 'A' Summary proceedings have already been filed before the competent Court.

2. Ms S. Kakodkar, learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already pointed out the contingencies in the investigation before the competent Court. However, she candidly admits that no protest petition has been filed as yet.

3. Accordingly, leave is granted to the petitioners to file 6th December, 2022

WPCR 120 of 2022 appropriate protest petition and if the same is filed, the competent Court to consider and dispose of the 'A' Summary proceedings along with the protest petition in accordance with law.

4. Since the petitioners are senior citizens, the competent Court to accord necessary priority in the matter of disposal.

5. With the above observations and liberty this petition is disposed of.
