After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. K. Kerkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order framing of charge passed by the learned Trial Court. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the petitioner are left open.

2. Needless to say that the time taken in pursuing the above writ petition may be deducted for the purpose of computing the limitation for such remedy in accordance with law.
