Heard Mr. B. Khandeparkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M. Amonkar, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 5.

2. Mr. Debdeep Gupta, Lt. Commander present in Court and points out that the averments made in the reply dated 18.02.2015 addressed to the petitioner were by oversight though the concerned respondents were aware of the order of status quo passed by this Court upon the statement of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Central Government. He also tendered an unconditional apology as he has no intention to disobey any of the

CP/11/2015 directions/observations of this Court. In view of the said apology, nothing survives in the above petition which stands disposed of accordingly.
