Mr Padiyar, learned counsel for the Petitioner based on subsequent development under which the Minister for Revenue has allowed the regularization of the structure, seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

2. Without going into the legality of the regularization order and based on a request for unconditional withdrawal of this petition, leave is granted and this petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

3. This order should not be taken as a seal of this Court for regularization order. Mr Padiyar adds that this request for withdrawal is based on expressed instructions of the Petitioner who is present in 22nd September, 2023
