2. The learned Additional Government Advocate for Respondent nos. 1 and 2 handed over order dated 03.04.2024 passed by the District Magistrate wherein an application filed by the Petitioner for grant of exemption from depositing his firearm during the General Election to Lok Sabha 2024 is allowed.

3. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in view of the subsequent order dated 03.04.2024, the previous order passed by the District Magistrate on 18.03.2024 stands modified, and accordingly, the challenge in the present petition to the order dated 18.03.2024 becomes infructuous.
