2. This is an application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.9(c) on record. There is a delay of 115 days. However, the wife of the deceased rspodnent no.9(c) is already on record and, as such, the period of limitation would be 3 years. In any case, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. Necessary amendment/incorporation be carried out within one week.
