On 24 July 2018, we passed detailed order in this group of matters taking note of the stipulations in the CRZ Notification regarding a dedicated website. The petition was adjourned till today to enable the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority to put up a dedicated website. The learned Advocate General has handed over a print of a screen shot from a dedicated website put up by the Goa Coastal Zone Managing Authority. He states that minutes of the meetings, agendas of meetings, orders, various legislations are the relevant Circulars will be put on the said website. He states that henceforth all the minutes of the meetings and orders etc., will be uploaded on the said website. He also states that as far as the past record and orders are concerned, the same will be also uploaded on the website. We expect that the same is done at the earliest. 2.

To a suggestion that a link be provided for the citizens to bring any violation of the Goa Coastal Regulation Zone to the notice of Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority, the learned Advocate General states that the same shall be provided. He states that at the main page itself under the caption: contact/complaint, information

3 CP 26.12 & connected matters will be provided that the citizens can send a email regarding violations. Since this will not take long time, we expect that this mechanism is provided within a period of one month from today. As regards the contempt petition is concerned, we have already passed the order earlier and the group was kept for compliance today for the above aspect.

With the above directions, we dispose of the petitions. All the pending applications stand disposed of.
