Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the first respondent, for some time.

2. Shri Mahambrey, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner intends to avail of the remedy under Section 303 of the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968 of filing revision application before the State Government.

3. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Ad interim relief operating in this petition shall continue to operate for a period of three weeks from today.

4. Parties to appear before the Chairperson, Margao Municipal Council on 12/07/2018 at 3.00 p.m. The proceedings before the Chairperson, Margao Municipal Council shall be subject to any such order passed by the State Government.
