Anthony D'Souza., v. Sarpanch/Secretary, Village Panchayat Of Parra And ANR.,
IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA
CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 69 OF 2017 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 343 OF 2017 ANTHONY D'SOUZA., ... Applicant
Versus
SARPANCH/SECRETARY, VILLAGE PANCHAYAT OF PARRA AND ANR., ... Respondents Mr. Rohit Pednekar, Advocate for the applicant. Coram:- C. V. BHADANG, J.
Date:- 12th December 2017 P.C.
The complaint filed by the applicant, alleging illegal construction by the second respondent, was allowed by the Deputy Director, who directed the illegal construction to be demolished. That order has been set aside by the learned Additional Director. The order passed by the Additional Director is confirmed in Revision. The net result is that the complaint filed by the applicant is dismissed. It can, thus, be seen that the application for stay would not be competent. In such circumstances, the application is disposed of as not maintainable. C. V. BHADANG, J.
