2. It is his contention that the judgment and award of the learned M.A.C.T., Margao dated 24/07/2014 is sought to be executed by the respondent in execution proceedings filed by them. The execution proceedings bearing No.17 of 2018 is listed on 09/04/2019 and in view thereof he prayed for the stay of the impugned judgment and award. He also submitted that he is ready to deposit the entire amount with the interest accrued thereon till date. In view thereof, the judgment and award dated 24/07/2014 is stayed subject however to the applicants

CA/65/2019 depositing the awarded amount with interest accrued thereon till date within six weeks from today.

3. Shri Godinho, learned Advocate has no objection but submits that the amount may be invested in Fixed Deposit in any nationalised bank. Registry to act accordingly.
