This is an application for the withdrawal of 50% of the compensation deposited by the respondents in this Court. The same is allowed whereby the applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation deposited in this Court alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

2. The balance 50% amount to be reinvested in a Fixed Deposit in any Nationalised Bank till the disposal of the matter. The applicant to furnish an undertaking before the Registry of this Court insofar as the 50% of the amount allowed to be withdrawn.
