2. This is an application to discharge/release of Bank Guarantee filed by the Applicant as, according to the Applicant, the Bank Guarantee does not survive as the Applicant has already deposited the amounts as directed by this Court.

3. Shri S. D. Padiyar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, has confirmed on instructions that the amount has already been deposited.
