The son of the respondent present in person and tendered a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.28,000/- as prayed for by the applicant in the name of the Registrar of this Court. The respondent is permitted to deposit the said Demand Draft with the Registry of this Court. The payment of the deficit amount payable by the original applicant/respondent herein is in terms of the order dated 05.04.2011. Registry is accordingly permitted to deposit the said amount and thereafter permit the applicant herein who is the respondent to the main petition to withdraw such amount in terms of the order already passed by this Court

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
