The present application concerns challenge raised on behalf of the applicant in the context of a suit filed by the applicant concerning service benefits. The plaint was rejected under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC.

The original applicant died during the pendency of this revision application and he is represented before this Court by his widow. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the matter is now settled between the parties. The respondents have agreed to pay an amount of gratuity and a certain amount towards salary as also an amount towards provident fund to the widow of the deceased employee. A signed statement is placed th November, 2021

10--CRA-24-2019 WITH MCA 54 OF 2020.DOC before this Court which shows the aforesaid settlement arrived at between the parties.

In view of the above, Civil Revision application is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. Parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement. All pending applications if any, stand disposed of. MANISH PITALE,J.
