By this application, the applicant prays for substituted service by way of publication to respondent nos. 1(m) and 1(n).

From the office noting, it appears that notice to respondent no. 1(m) is returned back unserved as respondent no. 1(m) got married and she is residing at her marital house. So also, notice to respondent no. 1(n) is returned back

9 MCA 84 of 2021 unserved as respondent no. 1(n) is staying at Margao. It is stated by the applicant that the said respondents no longer reside at the last known address.

In view thereof, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to serve respondent nos. 1(m) and 1(n) by way of publication. The publication shall be made in the local daily having wide circulation in the State of Goa. Registry to do the needful.
