1. Mr Ravi Gawas assures the Court that the office objections will be cleared within a week. Based on this assurance, we recall our order dated 23.01.2023 and restore Writ Petition No.520/2021 (F).

2. This time, we grant the Petitioner two weeks time to clear the office objections but clarify that if the objections are not cleared within two weeks, the petition will again stand dismissed for non-prosecution without any further reference to this Court.
