Heard Mr. S. S. Kantak, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. P. Dangui, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. Both the learned counsel point out that the facts in the above petition are similar to the facts which gave rise in passing directions in the order dated 21.03.2016 while disposing of Writ Petition No. 293 of 2016 and Stamp Number Main No.970 of 2016.

3. Mr. P. Dangui, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents as such points out that the respondents/State Government shall give similar protection in terms

WP/384/2016 of the directions issued by this Court in the said final order dated 21.03.2016. Hence, for the reasons stated in the said order dated 21.03.2016, the above petition stands disposed of on the same terms and directions therein.

4. Mr. Kantak, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners points out that in terms of the said directions an application shall be submitted by the petitioners today for such police assistance on 01.04.2016. The respondent shall examine such application in the light of the directions of this Court in the said order.
