Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. Perused the application dated 02.05.2017 vis-a-vis the bailiff report dated 03.10.2015 with regard to serve the unserved respondent no. 3(b) and 3(c). Applicant wishes to serve these unserved respondents by way of substituted service of newspaper on the ground that these respondents are now no longer staying at the same address. This fact is confirmed from the bailiff's report dated 03.10.2015.

3. Hence, the above Miscellaneous Civil Application is hereby granted for the reasons stated in the application and the bailiff's report in the matter and, obviously, in terms of the provision under Chapter V Rule 20(1)A CPC. So, applicant to serve the above unserved respondents by advertisement in a newspaper daily circulating in the locality in which the defendants are last known to have actually resided.

4. In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Civil Application disposed of.
