We have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and perused the averments made in the application seeking extension of time of four weeks to comply with the order dated 21.2.2019 passed by this Court. It is submitted that before granting any interim relief to the petitioner demarcation of property through the Director of Survey and Land Records and Technical Section of the Municipal Council would be required. Statements made

MCA/324/2019 in the application are accepted.

3. Applicant has made out a case for seeking extension of time of four weeks to comply with the order dated 21.2.2019. MCA is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. Original petitioner shall also co-operate with the respondent no.2 in passing the order within time extended. No order as to costs.
