On the last occasion the learned Additional Government Advocate had received instructions that Chief Electrical Engineer is ready to reconsider the issue. The petitioner had accordingly submitted his representation. This is the only prayer

Vinita 2 WP885-17 dt 25-04-2018 made in this Petition. The Petitioner is seeking compensation for death of livestock. The learned Additional Govt. Advocate states that representation would be decided within a period of four months from today.
