By this MCA, the applicant(Original respondent no.9) seeks clarification of the order dated 4.3.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.455/2018 to the extent that the Town Planner be directed to decide the issues raised in terms of order dated 3.7.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.778/2015.

2. A perusal of the order dated 4.3.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.455/2018 clearly indicates that this Court had issued directions to the Town Planner to comply with the

MCA/323/2019 directions in order dated 3.7.2017.

3. In view of the said clarification itself in paragraph 12 of the order dated 4.3.2019, no further clarification is warranted.

4. MCA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
