Zeller De Souza, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, based on instructions from the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, with liberty to pursue the matter before the Labour Commissioner. Mr Gaonkar, however, states that the workmen have proceeded under Section 33C(1) of Te Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before the Labour Commissioner for execution of the impugned Award dated 20/11/2018. Mr Zeller De Souza states that the Petitioners have already argued the matter before the Labour Court on 10th March 2023 and that they were informed that the orders would be communicated.

Accordingly, leave is granted, with liberty as prayed for. 06/07/23
