Heard Mr L. Raghunandan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr Raghunandan, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court, submits that as the charge sheet has now been filed, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an application for discharge before the competent Trial Court. If such an application for discharge is filed, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that we have not made any observations on the contentions of the parties. Liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedies in accordance with law. 16th December, 2024
