Lawande, learned Advocate General, upon instructions, states that the inquiry which has been initiated with regard to the subject grievances in the above Petition shall be decided in accordance with law within six weeks from today.

2. In view of the said statement, Shri Talaulikar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition.

3. Leave granted. Petition stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say, all contentions of all the parties are left open.
