Heard Mr. C. Ferreira, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, Mr. Amir Jamadar, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Pednekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 3.

2. This is an application for amendment to incorporate subsequent events which came to the knowledge of the Petitioner.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents have not raised any objection to such application though it is contended

MCA/340/2017 that the allegations sought to be incorporated are not correct.

4. As the Petition has not been admitted, leave to amend granted. Needless to say, all the contentions of the parties on merits are left open. Amendment to be carried out within one week with copies to the Respondents. The Respondents, if so advised, are permitted to file reply, if any.

5. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondents, returnable on 12.06.2017. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
