By this application, the applicants seek leave to condone the delay in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.6 and to allow them to bring the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.6 on record. Notice was duly served on the proposed legal heirs.

2. The respondents filed reply to the application for condonation of delay in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.6 on record.

3. At paras 6 and 9 of the reply, the respondents have stated that they have no objection to bring the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.6 on record.

4. In view of the no objection, the delay in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.6 is condoned. The legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.6 are ordered to be brought on record. Cause title be amended accordingly.
