MCA No.425/2019 is for condonation of delay in filing an application for bringing the legal representatives of the sole respondent no.1 on record while STA No.3740/2018 is for bringing the legal representatives of the respondent on record.

2. I have heard Mr. Naik, the learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Shirodkar, learned Counsel for the respondent.

3. It transpires that the respondent has filed a cross objections being Cross Objection No.2/2016 in which the proposed legal representatives have got themselves substituted as the Cross

MCA/425/2019 Objectors.

4. In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the proposed legal representatives has no objection for allowing both these applications.

5. Thus, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same are allowed as prayed. The delay in bringing the legal representatives of the respondent is hereby condoned. Let the legal representatives be brought on record. Necessary amendment in the cause title to be carried out within one week. C. V. BHADANG, J.
