The learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants will be satisfied if an ad interim protection is continued for a period of two weeks from today, as during that period, the Applicants will seek necessary orders from the National Green Tribunal. He also states that on this count, the Applicants will not seek any further extension from this Court. On the basis of this assurance, we extend the ad interim order granted on 4 April 2018
2 mca250-18-11-04-18 for a period of two weeks from today. It is clarified that no further extension will be granted and the Applicants will have to obtain necessary orders from the Tribunal.
