This is an application for the withdrawal of 50% of the amount deposited in this Court.

2. Considering the grounds urged therein and that the applicants are in dire need of money and in view of the impending marriage and higher studies, the application is allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the Court. Registry to act accordingly. The applicants shall furnish an undertaking before the learned Registrar of this Court that in the event the respondents succeed in the appeal they would reimburse the amount to them. The amount to be released in favour of the applicant No.1 alone for self and on behalf of the applicants No.2,3 and 4.
