This is an application for early hearing of First Appeal No.70/2016 which has been admitted by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2016.

The applicant is arrayed as respondent no.20 in the first appeal. The appellant has challenged the judgment dated 23.12.2015 which was passed in favour of the applicant. The applicant is suffering from various ailments and hence, it is prayed that the appeal be listed for final hearing expeditiously. 13th September 2023
