After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Cama, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above petition with liberty to challenge the order impugned herein in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner at the final disposal of the proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act which are pending before the learned District Magistrate.
