Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. We are inclined to dispose off the present petition as the petitioner has already invoked provisions of Order 39, Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure by making various submissions and specifically referring to the disobedience of the status quo order passed by the said Court in the Regular Civil Suit which is admittedly pending before the Civil Court.

2. As the remedy is available, the present petition is disposed of accordingly. Liberty to take steps before the appropriate Court.
