2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount awarded in First Appeal No.100/2013. The said First Appeal was amicably settled in National Lok Adalat and an amount of Rs.14,00,000/- with 9% interest per annum from the date of Claim Petition (3.3.2010) till the date of deposit of the amount in the High Court was awarded as compensation to the applicants/claimants.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Hence, Registry is directed to calculate the amount payable to the applicants in accordance with the said Judgment and disburse 50% of the amount of the compensation to the applicant no.1/original

MCA/310/2015 respondent no.1 and remaining 50% of the amount of compensation to the applicant nos.2 and 3/original respondent nos. 2 and 3 equally.

4. Application stands disposed of.
