Shri S.R.Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, concedes that the order dated 17.01.2018 can be modified to the extent of permitting the petitioner to apply for permission from the Court before travelling overseas. In that view of the matter and considering the fair concession, the petitioner would have to seek permission of the Trial Court before travelling overseas and the validity of the passport is permitted for seven years.
