By this Civil Application, the Applicant prays that the interim relief granted by this Court in First Appeal No. 134 of 2018 by Order dated 24.01.2019, be vacated, in view of the original Appellant having committed default in making payment of the amount in terms of the said order.

2. By a separate order passed by this Court yesterday in Misc. Civil Application No. 333 of 2019, we have granted extension of time to the original Appellant to pay the balance amount within the time prescribed. We have also made clear in the said order that in the event of the original Appellant

MCA/332/2019 committing any default in making payment of the balance amount, the interim order passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 134 of 2018, will stand vacated.

3. In view of the said order, this Misc. Civil Application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
