2. This Misc. Civil Application seeks condonation of delay of 146 days in instituting appeal against the order dated 03.07.2018 by which the interim relief was denied to the Appellants/Plaintiffs in the Special Civil Suit No.6/2014/A.

3. Although the Respondents are yet to be served, a case has been made out for condonation of delay. The detailed reasons have 22nd December, 2023

MCA 371 of 2019 been set out in the Civil Application and none of the Respondents have filed any reply contesting the reasons. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the Misc. Civil Application No.371 of 2019 is disposed of.
