Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel for respondent no.1.

2. It is undisputed that except the applicant nos.3, 4 and 5, the other applicants were independently party defendants before the Trial Court. Thus, in respect of the applicants other than applicant nos.3, 4 and 5, no leave may be necessary. So far as the applicant nos.3, 4 and 5 are concerned, leave will have to be granted. In that view of the matter, this application for leave is allowed.
