2. The petitioner no.2 is present before the Court.

3. Shri Kholkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a request to expedite the matter before the Rent Controller.

4. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

5. The learned Rent Controller shall decide the application for

WP/496/2018 eviction filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the receipt hereof.

6. Parties to appear before the Rent Controller on 17/10/2018 at 10.00 a.m. The Rent Controller shall ensure that the Record and Proceedings of the case are called from the Deputy Collector and the matter is proceeded with and decided in time-bound manner.
