Mr. Pangam, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 states that in view of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petitions No. 763/2016, 764/2016, 934/2016, 935/2016, 937/2016, 940/2016,1153/2016 and 508 of 2017, in identical circumstances, Respondent No.3 will reconsider the impugned communication. It is implicit from this statement that the impugned communication dated 15 September 2015 stands withdrawn. A fresh decision will be taken by the Respondent No.3 within a period of six months from today.
