Without going into the allegations and counter allegations, we extend the time for disposal of the representations until 31th April, 2021. We make it clear that the representations will have to be disposed of during this extended period irrespective of issue of pending elections. Mr. Padiyar, learned Advocate for Chief Officer based on the instructions of Chief Officer states that the representations will be positively disposed of by the extended date.

The parties will also have to co-operate with the Chief Officer. 4.

The parties, to appear before the new Chief Officer on 07 th April, 2021 at 4.00p.m. so that they can be heard on the same date or some other suitable date as per the convenience of the Chief Officer. The parties to not to seek any unnecessary adjournment and go ahead with the hearing preferably on 7 th itself.

The application for extension is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.

All concerned to act on the basisd of an authenticated copy of this order.
