On instructions, Mr Lawande states that electricity supply will be provided to the Petitioner's Trust premises pursuant to the application dated 4th January 2017. This is without prejudice to the Respondents' rights to proceed against the other connection which stands in the name of the 5th Respondent in the temple trust premises.

Mr Lawande states that every effort will be made to provide power supply before Diwali.

The petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
