Heard Ms Barbara Andrade, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Advocate General appears along with Mr Deep Shirodkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

2. Learned Advocate General makes a statement that demolition has been carried out and regards the foundation, the Deputy Collector will issue notice within 15 days requiring the parties to remove the foundation as well. Learned Advocate General states that if the party does not remove the foundation, necessary steps will be taken to remove the foundation as well.

3. This is a contempt petition and we are satisfied that there is substantial compliance. However, now that a statement has been made that the foundation will be removed, we do not think that it would be appropriate to keep this contempt petition pending any further.
