Mr. P. Kamat, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition can be disposed of by directing the Deputy Collector, Panaji to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 19/04/2022 after granting the petitioner and respondent No.5 an opportunity of hearing. 2.

Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate states that this submission of Mr. Kamat can be accepted and the petition can be disposed of.

Accordingly, we direct the Deputy Collector, Panaji to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 19/04/2022 (Annexure 'D') within six weeks from today after granting both the petitioner and respondent No.5 an opportunity of hearing. The Deputy Collector to inspect the site and 5th July 2022

22 WP-180-2022.doc maintain a site inspection resort along with photographs on record. The Deputy Collector to communicate his decision to both the parties within a period of six weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order for costs.
